This story did not begin with a well request. I started with questions.

One of our clients wanted to be sure of every detail before taking the first step: Where will the well be installed? How does the drilling process work? How long does the project take to complete? How can he verify for himself that the well was actually executed in the location that was specified for it?

He would ask, and we would answer.

Beginning: Question before ordering

The Hayat Foundation team explained to him the steps for implementing the well and the stages of work, how the follow-up proceeds, and how the documentation reaches the project owner after completion. These are the same details published for everyone in the guide to digging a well as an ongoing charity and the page on the cost of drilling a well, and they were not specific answers that were given to him alone.

Then he had a different kind of request: he wanted the well owner's picture to be placed on the project board.

The request has been fulfilled.

When the picture became completely clear to him, he decided to start his first experience with us.

Well 1071, then 1072 the next morning

The first well was requested via the website, in the name of: the martyr Ahmed Abdel Bari Zamzam Abu Al Majd.

The next morning, he returned and requested a second well bearing the number 1072.

The implementation of the two wells began, and communication with him continued throughout the work stages: every update we received from the implementation site, we sent it to him.

After the work was completed, he received videos documenting the two wells and the GPS coordinates of the two implementation sites, which is the same file that every well owner receives, as shown on the Well Projects Documentation page.

This is exactly where something changed: it went from reassurance to confidence. The difference between them is that he saw the project, not that he heard about it.

Well after well, and the names grow

After his first experience, he ordered a third well, No. 1080.

As the deal continued, he requested three more wells in the names of his family members: 1112, 1113, and 1114.

Then he returned and asked for Well No. 1124, and after that Well No. 1132.

But these wells were not numbers to him.

He chose to do well for his parents, for his friends, and for members of his family he lost over the years, both old and young. Each well bears a cherished name, and each new order is linked to a person with a place in their memory.

A week later, he returned again and asked for a well for the soul of: the martyr Abdul Karim Omar Al-Bashiti. This project was numbered 1181.

Nine wells, and a story that began with a question

During various periods, this client executed nine wells with Hayat Corporation: 1071, 1072, 1080, 1112, 1113, 1114, 1124, 1132, and 1181.

The most striking thing about his story is not the number.

He didn't start out with complete confidence, and he didn't know us before. He started with questions, and got answers. He asked for additional details, so I got him. He requested that the project sign be customized with the image of the well owner, and his request was implemented. Follow the first two projects until the end, and receive videos and coordinates. Then he decided himself to come back.

Over time, he began choosing the names of those he lost, so that each project would bear a name and a memory.

This is the trust we cherish: that the customer starts by asking, then reassures himself through experience and documentation, and then decides on his own to repeat.

Because the relationship does not end when the project is delivered, the wells remain under monitoring and maintenance.

Hayat Foundation: from request, to implementation, to documentation.
